Following the latest Government advice relating to social isolation and the global outbreak of COVID-19, Delta Caravans continues to put the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers at the forefront of our minds. Throughout this process our guiding principle has been to do what is right – right for our colleagues, right for our customers, and right for society. We are all, as responsible businesses following advice from the Government and the UK’s health department in making sure we’re doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus and protect our employees.
In order to ensure some form of business continuity we have implemented our COVID-19 emergency plan, this isn’t something we have taken lightly and do hope we will all return to normality soon. We would ask for your support and understanding now and going forwards whilst we all get through this difficult period; in terms of this plan we have taken the following measures:
We have taken the decision to immediately suspend production activities across the business until further notice. At this time, we do not know when production will re-commence, however, we will continue to update all of our customers across the coming weeks and we will be led by Government advice.
Until further notice all engineers will not be attending any units and all warranty / aftersales should be emailed to AftercareTeam@deltacaravans.co.uk . We will be reviewing these emails and will process all requests as quickly as possible.
Please direct any sales requirement directly to Pete Jones (07841791973) by phone or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will facilitate any request for despatches but will require a full 24 hr notice to ensure we have the model ready for collection, despatches will be facilitated from the factory premises or our storage facility with social distancing being enforced. Please email all despatch requests to email@example.com
Please contact Delta Caravans through your usual channels.
Thank you for the support
During these very challenging times we would like to thank you all for your support and ask that we all keep safe and we work together more closely than ever to ensure our industry is regarded in a very positive light and we all ultimately all stay safe and well. Please be patient with us, we will try to do our level best to support you at this time.
We will of course keep monitoring and reviewing the Government guidance and should anything change we will let you know our plans as a matter of priority.
Thank you again for your support and stay safe.
