Company Philosophy

Delta Caravans was established in 1983 by Keith Oades and Jim Redshaw.

The company started with just 10 employies. Today Delta employs 150 people on a 8.5 acre site on Leads Road in Hull.

In 1992 Delta began exporting caravans to the Beneluxe countries which has grown substantially and continues all the year. Recently Delta has started a partnership with Recreahome in Holland who have an ambitious plan and and a good network for distribution for the products throughout Europe.

In 1999 considerable investment took place in machinery and manufacturing capacity.

In 2004 Dr Mike Isaac purchased the whole business and is the Managing Director.

John Isaac B.Sc., [Hons] F.C.C.A is the Financial Director with David Carlile A.C.M.A as the Company Secretary. Sep Cooper is the General Works Manager, Chris Comins the Technical Manager and Mrs Nicky Puckering C.I.P.S and Ken McGeorge the Purchasing Managers. The Sales Manager is Peter Jones.

Delta's philosophy is simply to provide the customers with what they want, when they want it at an affordable price.

Whilst many one offs are handled by the Delta team, the company also suppplies the main large groups in the UK.Export to Recreahome will be an important part of Delta's business.

This is a continuous process in terms of people training and computerisation.
